Welcome to LeadCatch24, an AI-powered sales engine service operated by Next Door Devs Ltd ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using our website (leadcatch24.com), signing up for services, or engaging in onboarding, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy (linked below). If you do not agree, do not use our services. These Terms form a binding contract.

2. Services Overview

LeadCatch24 provides an AI agent that answers inbound calls, qualifies leads, follows up on quotes via calls or texts, books appointments into your calendar, and manages lead communication 24/7. Services are customized during onboarding (typically 3–5 business days) based on your business details, pricing, FAQs, and calendar integration. We provide setup, ongoing optimization, and management.

3. Eligibility and Account

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind your business. You agree to provide accurate, complete information during onboarding. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials (if applicable) and all activity under your account.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We're confident you'll love our service. If you're not satisfied, you can cancel your subscription at any time with no hassle.

Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds will be issued for partial months or unused portions.

5. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use services only for lawful purposes.
• Provide truthful information and not misrepresent your business.
• Comply with all laws (e.g., data protection when providing lead data).
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, interfere with, or misuse of AI.

We may suspend or terminate access for breaches.

6. Intellectual Property

We own all rights to AI technology, custom agents, and related materials. You are granted a limited, non-transferable licence to use of service during your subscription. You retain rights to your business data inputted.

7. Payments and Fees

Fees are as agreed during onboarding (monthly or as quoted). Payment is required in advance. Late payments may incur suspension.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Services are provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted, error-free performance or specific results (e.g., revenue increases).
• We are not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities), even if advised of the possibility.
• Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury from negligence, fraud, or matters where liability cannot be limited under English law.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend for breach, non-payment, or at our discretion with notice. You may cancel per any agreed terms (e.g., monthly rolling).

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
